PURCHASE CONDITIONS
1. Legal Capability
To purchase any of our products, the customer must be legally capable, according to Spanish law. Access by minors to any of our services is the responsibility of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
2. Personal data protection
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that any personal information you provide, will be included in an automated personal data, created and kept on the responsibility of MENBUR, SA
The purpose of this file is to facilitate the orders management and, if we have been expressly authorized, by checking the appropriate box, to send you information about products and services in which you may be interested.
Customers of www.menbur.com can always exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by sending an email to club@menburclub.com or writing to MENBUR, S.A., Polígono Artegran S / N, 18230, Atarfe (Granada), Spain.
3. Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit Card Payment
To pay by credit card the customer must provide Menburclub holder and card number, as well as expiration date and CVV code.
This personal information will be handled directly by your bank, which is responsible for safely carrying out your purchase procedure. We accept all kind of credit cards.
PayPal
To pay via PayPal, the customer must use his PayPal account, including his username and password.
Bank Transfer
The customer is entitled to make either a bank transfer (which can take about 2-3 days to become effective, depending on the entity) or a deposit at Menbur´s account, in Banco Santander. The account details are the following:

Regarding the concept of the transfer, the customer must indicate his name and order number. Afterwards, the customer needs to send an email including the proof of payment attached, to club@menburclub.com.
The transfer costs will depend on each entity and will be paid by the purchaser.
4. Delivery times
All delivery times are expressed in days / weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed before 12:00 am (CET Spanish) and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause a delay in delivery time.
In case of rupture of stock of the goods at the time of the request, we will contact the customer to inform him about the delivery delay.
Usual delivery times for the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands take from 1 up to 3 days. Shipments to the Canaries will be made within a maximum of 7 days (or it could take more in case of incidents during customs clearance).
The delivery times for International orders, will swing from 2 to 7 days, depending on the country.
5. Claims related to not received orders
If after the stipulated time of delivery the customer has not received the order, he must inform Menbur about it, by emailing: club@menburclub.com, in order to contact the carrier to solve the backlog.
6. Shipping
In addition to a quick and safe purchase, Menbur wants to offer a service that other online stores do not offer. The cost of shipping to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands and counties inside European Union is free of charge for the customer only if the order is above 30€.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, have a special treatment and will mean a shipping charge of 30 €, which will be paid by the customer. The customer will also have to assume the extra cost due to custom house.
As for international shipments, expenses payable by the customer will swing between 16- 35€, depending on the destination country. The customer will also have to assume the extra cost due to custom house.
7. Returns
Our goal is that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we will be happy to accept the return of the merchandise, provided it is unused and in perfect conditions. The returned merchandise should include the original packaging, the supplier´s label and be in the same condition it had when received by the customer.
The company reserves the right not to accept a return, if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.
There is a period of 30 days, since the date of purchase, in order to be able to return or exchange any product. To manage exchanges or refunds, logon in the web www.menbur.com, by entering the customer´s account in "my orders".
It is not possible to make any online return/changes in our stores.
Once a refund is requested, we will contact the customer in order to manage the exchange or return, as well as to have the collection address. For further questions, please send an email to: club@menburclub.com.
Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in Menbur´s chain stores or distributors of our brands, will not be responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address those other stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to them.
8. Return Fees
Returns fees will depend on the destination.
- Spain and Balearics Islands: Free returns and refunds
Menbur will pay transport freights regarding the collection of packages, only if it is the first return of the same order above 30€. On the contrary, the return fee is 3€. Further return fees will be paid by the customer.
- Countries inside European Union:
Returns: The first change will be free.
Menbur will organize and pay the collect the articles only if it is the first change. The other changed will have a 10€ fee.
Refunds: It will depend on how many articles are returned.
Menbur will arrange the collect once the customer notifies the return.
This fee will be deducted from the total amount the Menbur have to refund to the client once the order arrives to the central.
- Countries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The customer will pay all costs of return and choose the carrier that he deems appropriate including the cost related to custom taxes.
These returns will have a 10€ return fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Customer will be held accountable for incidents stemmed from returns, when managed by the customer, such as loss of goods, shipping damage, wrong address and / or loss of shipment proof.
In case of receiving a defective product or if it does not meet the original requirements, return fees will be paid by MENBUR, SA.
The reimbursement of the cost of the order will be done in the same manner as payment was made, within 14 days since we receive the return product at our warehouse.
9. Cancelling an Order
The customer can cancel an order, provided that its state is "in process". Once it appears as "sent", it won´t be possible to cancel it.
