You can receive your order in any country that is listed on the web.
Once you finish the order, you will receive an email with all the information related. You can also check the status clicking here.
The estimated time of delivery is 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday) for Spanish Peninsula orders. For Canary or Balearic islands, Ceuta and Melilla the order will arrive around 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday). These are approximate delivery times. Delays can occur due to stock issues or problems with the parcel company.
Due to local festivities, on the 25th and 26th of july we will remain closed. Orders placed around this time frame can suffer delays.
For orders inside the European Union, the delivery times are 3 to 4 working days for the express delivery (UPS) and 5 to 7 working days for the standard delivery (GLS). These are approximate delivery times. Delays can occur due to stock issues or problems with the parcel company. There is a return fee if the customer asks for a refund. If they ask for an exchange, the return will be free.
This return fee will change depending on how many article they send back. If the return is 1 or 2 articles, the customer will have to pay 10€. For returns with 3 or more articles, the customer will have to pay 5€ for each article. This fee will be deducted from the total refunding amount to the client once the order arrives to our main warehouse.
For international shipments (out of the European Union), Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and non mainland EU, the customer will pay all costs of return and choose the carrier that he deems appropriate including the cost related to custom taxes.
RETURNS
You can only return once your order, it doesn’t matter how many articles you are sending back. Remember that you have to fulfill the returns conditions in order to receive the money back or the new article changed:
· Articles can´t be used.
· Both articles and its contained box have to be in the same conditions as you received them, keeping the box and tickets in the original way. If the contained box is damaged, it will be refunded the total amount except a 5€ fee.
· The product has to be with all the components
· If you receive an item with any defects, it has to be notified before doing the return sending an email to shop@menbur.com
If the items don´t fulfill the return conditions, we will not send the money back. The articles will be sent back and the shipping cost will be paid by the client.
You have 60 days to return your article, counting from the shipping date.
How can I ask for the return?
Go on “My account” and select the articles that you want to return.
Click on “ask for return”. Once your return is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the transport agency details.
For Spanish peninsula orders and Balears Islands contact with the transport agency (Envialia, Santa Fe Office, phone +34 913 537 759) and arrange a collect. Everything will be free.
For European Union (mainland) orders, contact us by email at shop@menbur.com and we will arrange the collection of the goods. Once the items are in our main warehouse, we will proceed with the refund/exchange. Please note that the first exchange is free and the refunds have a fee depending on the number of items you are returning.
For Non-EU orders, Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and non continental EU, the client has to pay the shipping cost and choose any agency that they want to.

What is the return fee?
Returns fees will depend on the destination.
- Spain and Balearics Islands: Free returns and refunds
Menbur will pay transport freights regarding the collection of packages, only if it is the first return of the same order. Further return fees will be paid by the customer.
- Countries inside European Union (mainland):
Returns: The first change will be free.
Menbur will organize and pay the collect the articles only if it is the first change. The other changed will have a 10€ fee.
Refunds: It will depend on how many articles are returned.
Menbur will arrange the collect once the customer notifies the return.
This fee will be deducted from the total amount the Menbur have to refund to the client once the order arrives to the central.
- Countries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and non mainland EU: The customer will pay all costs of return and choose the carrier that he deems appropriate including the cost related to custom taxes.
Customer will be held accountable for incidents stemmed from returns, when managed by the customer, such as loss of goods, shipping damage, wrong address and / or loss of shipment proof.
In case of receiving a defective product or if it does not meet the original requirements, return fees will be paid by MENBUR, SA.
The reimbursement of the cost of the order will be done in the same manner as payment was made, within 14 days since we receive the return product at our warehouse
Which is the return time?
60 days from the day that your order is confirmed. For orders placed during Black Friday onwards, the return period will be extended until January the 10th. During the validity of the Alarm State or its possible extensions, the deadlines for the return of the products purchased by any modality are interrupted, either in person or on-line. The computation of the terms will resume at the moment in which Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the State of Alarm or, where appropriate, its extensions, is no longer in force.
When will I receive the refund?
Once we receive the articles and fulfilled the returns conditions, we will refund the amount in few days.
Remember that payments with credit/debit cards depend on each bank, so it could take some days (up to 2 weeks).
If your order has stock problems, we will contact you to arrange an exchange. In case we receive no answer, we will give you a refund in aproximately a month since we sent the first stock problem notification.
CVV is the 3 or 4 digit number which is unique to each credit card and which appears only on the actual card. The CVV cannot be found on receipts or any other transaction document.
This additional security measure is intended to protect buyers and helps ensure that the credit card is present at the time of ordering.
The CVV is a number which appears on the back of Visa and MasterCard. It is the last 3 digits to the right of the signature strip.

3. Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit Card Payment
To pay by credit card the customer must provide Menburclub holder and card number, as well as expiration date and CVV code.
This personal information will be handled directly by your bank, which is responsible for safely carrying out your purchase procedure. We accept all kind of credit cards.
PayPal
To pay via PayPal, the customer must use his PayPal account, including his username and password.
Bank Transfer
The customer is entitled to make either a bank transfer (which can take about 2-3 days to become effective, depending on the entity) or a deposit at Menbur´s account, in Banco Santander. The account details are the following:

Regarding the concept of the transfer, the customer must indicate his name and order number. Afterwards, the customer needs to send an email including the proof of payment attached, to shop@menbur.com.
The transfer costs will depend on each entity and will be paid by the purchaser.

When the courier delivers the package, you will have to pay the exact amount on cash. It won't be possible to pay with card.
This payment form has an additional cost of 2€ Peninsula 3€ Portugal.

4. Delivery times
All delivery times are expressed in days/weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed before 06:00 am (CET Spanish) and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause delays in delivery time and cancellations.
In the case of rupture of stock of the goods at the time of the request, we will contact the customer to inform him about the delivery delay in no more than ten working days.
Usual delivery times for the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands take from 1 up to 3 days. Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made within a maximum of 7 days (or it could take more in case of incidents during customs clearance). These delivery times are approximated, and delays can occur due to problems with the parcel company.
The delivery times for International orders will swing from 2 to 9 days, depending on the country.
25th and 26th of July we will be closed due to local festivities.
During special promotions such as Black Friday or Sale period, the delivery could suffer delays up to 7 working days.
5. Claims related to not received orders
If after the stipulated time of delivery the customer has not received the order, he must inform Menbur about it, by emailing: shop@menbur.com, in order to contact the carrier to solve the backlog.
6. Shipping
In addition to a quick and safe purchase, Menbur wants to offer a service that other online stores do not offer. The cost of shipping to mainland Spain is free of charge for the customer only if the order is above 30€. If the order is under 30€, the shipping costs will be 3€. Shipping to the Balearic Islands will have a cost of 5€. For mainland countries inside the EU, shipping will be free for orders above 40€. If the order is below 40€, the costs will swing from 7 to 13€ depending on the country. Non-mainland countries shipping costs will depend on the country and can be checked on our online shop.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, have a special treatment and will mean a shipping charge of 35 € (Ceuta and Melilla) and 10 € (Canarias), which will be paid by the customer. The customer will also have to assume the extra cost due to the custom-house.
As for international shipments, expenses payable by the customer will swing between 16- 35€, depending on the destination country. The customer will also have to assume the extra cost due to the custom-house.
7. Returns
Our goal is that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we will be happy to accept the return of the merchandise, provided it is unused and in perfect conditions. The returned merchandise should include the original packaging, the supplier´s label and be in the same condition it had when received by the customer.
The company reserves the right not to accept a return if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.
The company won't accept undocumented returns. Please, print the return confirmation email or attach a copy of the delivery note. You can also create a document with the order number.
Please, pack the items to avoid damage during the shipping. If the items or the containing box arrive damaged due to faulty on the packing or lack of it, we will deduct 5€ from the refunding amount.

Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in Menbur´s chain stores or distributors of our brands, will not be the responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address those other stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to them.
Due to local festivities, 23rd and 24th of July we will remain closed. Please, keep in mind that orders made in this period may suffer delays.
The items purchased between Black Friday and the 10th of December have a longer period to request the refund, due to the Season's festivities: until 10th of January, new year.
During Sale period or special promotions like BLACK FRIDAY, the refund process may take up to 21 working days.
